Horticultural journalist and copywriter Marc Rosenberg has over two decades’ experience of working for the national gardening press. He cut his journalistic teeth on trade magazine Horticulture Week then spent 18 years on the editorial team of Amateur Gardening, Britain’s oldest gardening weekly magazine.
Since going freelance in 2017, Marc has written for titles including BBC Gardeners’ World magazine, Garden News and the Royal Horticultural Society’s journal, The Garden. With a degree in horticulture, seven Garden Media Guild awards and an extensive contacts book in the gardening industry and horticultural press, Marc knows how to spin the right angle, catch editors’ attention and gain media coverage.
Having visited gardening shows and trade exhibitions across the UK over the past 25 years, and worked with many of the UK’s leading celebrity gardeners, Marc is always up-to-date on the latest industry news and trends.
Marc lives in Poole, Dorset, where his favourite pastimes include gardening and growing fruit and veg, trying to avoid DIY disasters while carrying out home improvements, visiting classic car and air shows, photography, country pubs and travel.
