Proactive planning For every client we draw up a detailed, but flexible, annual calendar plan showing activities, deadlines etc for each campaign, brand, product or message strand, month by month.

Responsible reporting The calendar plan is updated each month, highlighting activities completed, status of ongoing items, and anything that needs to change. We will also offer a monthly ‘budget snapshot’ to help track and plan spend.

What’s in the media To track your on-line and off-line media coverage we can coordinate regular digital or hard copy coverage reports for you, with the sourcing method, format, frequency and analysis tools tailored to your needs. Depending on the campaign size and media focus, this may be managed in-house or using one of our trusted third party media monitoring providers.
