Simon joins the team as a partner and swells the employment law department to 14 lawyers. He has an impressive 20 year career in employment law, starting his legal career at Pinsent Masons, before moving to City law firms, Eversheds, Shakespeares and then Martineaus. He has worked with some major names in the TMT and manufacturing sectors, with large-scale restructures and complex TUPE transactions being a particular strength.
His appointment in the firm’s Worcester office further strengthens the firm’s reputation in the County, which is unrivalled in terms of size and quality of its clients and work.
Simon’s own clients include a global IT business as well as a household name drinks business, plus a number of large Worcestershire businesses.
